Dineo Bopape (born in 1981) is a South African artist whose work engages with socio-political notions of memory, representation and narration. She is among the artists of .za, young art from South Africa at the Palazzo delle Papesse in Siena and her new installation Arti Bitchi occupies the basement of the museum with a fall of house hold knives and chiffon strings hanging upon a grass green carpet.
